Glovers Project Services Limited is an established multi-disciplinary Practice specializing in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, Planning Supervision and Dispute Resolution. Since its inception in 1979 the company has been adding value to the activities of its client base, establishing a strong reputation which has seen it expand on the back of repeat business and referrals from key customers.

Key Staff

David J. Baldwin Director David J. Baldwin BSc DipArb, FInstCES, FRICS, FCIArb | Director

David can call on over 25 years experience in construction. Prior to joining Glovers in 1988 he worked in contracting on high profile projects in the UK, Nigeria, Egypt and Tanzania. David is directly responsible for Expert Witness work undertaken by the Practice. He is a registered Adjudicator and Arbitrator, and has been involved in a variety of claims for extension of time, disruption, loss and expense etc on building, civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineering contracts. David is also responsible for the company's recruitment and day to day management.

Brian Mason Director Brian Mason DipSurv, MRICS, AMInstCES, MaPS | Director

Brian has over 20 years Quantity Surveying experience, joining Glovers in 1993. Brian became a Director of the firm in 1996. In addition to offering pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services Brian is the Director responsible for Planning Supervision and heads the Contract Administration Department.

Andrew Brown Director Andrew Brown BSc(Hons),AMInstCES | Director

Andrew has worked for Glovers since 1995 and was appointed as a Director in 2003. Andrew started his career with two highly regarded contractors, and nowadays specializes in pre and post contract QS work and Contract Administration. Additionally Andrew's project experience encompasses both building and civil engineering. Andrew has been studying for a Masters Degree in Construction Law and successfully completed this in November 2005.
