Starting out on the process of engaging a builder and having works carried out to your home can often be a daunting prospect but Glovers can take the worry out of the process.  Glovers can be involved with your project from inception to completion guiding you through the planning permission and building regulation approval procedure.  We can help you put together documents for your builder to price, draw up contracts and supervise and value the works as construction progresses.

We realise that sometimes you might not need our services until things have already gone wrong and if that's the case we can carry out an inspection of your works, identify the defects and assess the cost of any remedial works required.  If your relationship with your builder has broken down we can negotiate on your behalf or offer a mediation service to reach an amicable solution and avoid the need for costly legal proceedings.
