Construction of an Industrial Unit - Expert Witness

One of Glovers' directors, Andrew Brown, was appointed as Expert Witness on behalf of a client who had engaged a contractor to construct an industrial unit on his behalf to provide an expert valuation of the construction costs.

Andrew prepared a detailed valuation and advised the instructing solicitors on a number of issues arising out of the building regulations application. He also met with the opposing Expert on several occasions to agree those aspects of the valuation which were capable of being agreed.
