The dispute concerned a termination of the contract and the valuation of works being carried out on an $80 million dollar new secondary school. David acted as Quantum Expert and was one of 13 Experts who were involved with the dispute. His expert testimony was commended by the panel of the arbitrators for its clarity. | |
